Car sound, timing belt.

I think that's a sepentine belt.

That noise sounds more like a bearing (pulley) noise. Remove the serpentine belt and start the engine. If the noise is gone, start checking the idler and tensioner pulleys. Don't forget the alternator, too. You can spin the pulleys by hand.
