that's what you think...why not soldier another piece of wire there.
I recently just reinstalled my old radio after finding out my new radio didn't even work. And I've had this problem where when I turn up the volume past a certain point the radio will cut out and it won't play sound unless I either A) turn it off and turn it back on. Or B) I have to turn off the car and then try to radio again. NOTE: I'm using a very old radio (96) and I have to use a cassette aux to play my own music. And when installing the old radio back in, while I was soldering the wires together, some strands of the wires fell off and I had to connect only about a 4 strand wire to a wire with the full 8 copper strands. Would this cause the speakers to cut out at higher volumes?
