Capture Video From The Internet

by janenolan / December 13, 2006 5:50 AM PST

Is there a program that will let me capture videos from the internet to save? I was on and was able to capture a video using an add-on with my Firefox and lets me save with an "flv" ending to the video. But I want a program that will let me capture and save and be able to play on Window's Media Player or RealPlayer. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Sometimes a friend will email me a cute video for the holidays and I would love to save it to play again.
