Question

Cant watch whats on my samsung phone on my samsung tv

Jan 18, 2013 2:02AM PST

I have a samsung Galaxy s2 phone and a samsung smart tv d8000 series.

i can stream from pc and phone to the tv no problem using allshare.

However I want to watch football on my tv using skysportstv android app on my phone. I have tried using allshare, usb port and hdmi port but I dont get anything.

I thought that if I connected the phone to the tv via HDMI it would simply display what was being seen on the phone screen.

Aby help would be greatly appreciated.

Davy

I asked if your phone's HDMI worked. It's nice to know other devices work but if the phone gives no display at all under any condition then you are back at the support counter where you got your phone for them to show you it working or get the phone fixed.
