Cant View Shared files on from windows 2003

OK, i shared a folder on windows server 2003 and i cant see the shared folder on windows 7 network (not homegroup). However i can access the files from ip or server name in the run command box. Can anyone help me???

It just doesn't show up in "network" as an icon to the files. Thanks!

Does The Server 2003 Have Firewall Enabled?

And if so, did you open the Windows Firewall settings in Control Panel, then click on the "Exceptions" tab, then CHECK the "File and Printer Sharing" box?

i figured it out while i was waiting for someone to answer o.O

Apparently it started working after i installed updates (like sp2)
