For a few minutes. Then slip in JUST THE BATTERY and try again. If not, my bet is they have to swap phones. No one here is fixing that model phone.
So, about a couple hours ago I was using my phone and couldn't turn the screen off (neither long press on home button or power button worked) so I just waited for it to turn off by itself. When I tried to check my phone, I realized the buttons aren't working (should've seen this coming, huh?) and now I can't turn the screen on. Tried calling myself from another phone and it went straight to mailbox and plugging it into a charger in hope it'll wake the phone up. No idea what I should do next.
Using Meizu MX5, btw. Since there's probably no physical damage to the phone itself, the repair should be free of charge, but still... that's like a week~two to wait.. so rather try to repair it myself. Advices?
