Question

Can't sign into email

Oct 13, 2015 5:09PM PDT

Microsoft or my server will not let me sign into my Outlook email account. Each time I try I get:

Something went wrong

An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled.
X-ClientId: DYXO - L9U3 - G0QF - GWV0LASWG
X-OWA-Error: System.ArgumentNullException
X-OWA-Version: 15.1.293.19
X-FEServer: BY2PR04CA0069
X-BEServer: BLUPR18MB0116

Does anyone know what this is and if I can fix it. Everytime Windows 10 updates I have problems. I have two Outlook accounts. I can not sign into one of them.

Since you or your company has an Exchange Server
Oct 13, 2015 5:34PM PDT

Your admin on the server needs to see what's up. We know that for Exchange Server it may have to be very current and us using 10 Pro to use ES for the signin server.

For now, try using a local account until your company IT can get it fixed.

I've also logged a call earlier with MS, who were very quick to respond.
