Read http://www.jonnyguru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12931 and see the picture with the circuit board calling out 275 to 350W. Here's that picture.
While this doesn't tell us if the GPU is good, it sure casts some doubt on that PSU.
DOUBLE DAMAGE? That PSU appears to be from 2014 so it's old too.
In first place i want to say hello to everyone and please forgive me my orthographical mistakes.
My present configuration is the next one:
Power Supply B move PSU 600 W
Motherboard ECS G31T-M v1.0
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 2,5 GHz
RAM 2 x 2 GB
GPU 9800 GTX+
O.S Windows 10
I wanted to play old games so i build this PC over motherboard MSI P6NGM-L and it was runing fine. Then i decided to upgrade this configuration with gtx 660. I put the gtx 660 inside and run the computer and it runs fine but in low resolution, next i download the drivers and installed it. And when the system reboots it doesnt load(dont pass the windows logo). Then i put the old 9800 gtx+ and thouht that i have to flash my BIOS. When i did that using MSI HQ USB BIOS Flash Tool i broke my motherboard. Not despairing to long i moved all this components mentioned at the begenning to other motherboard ECS G31T-M v1.0.
And the problem is the same. When i install the drivers of GTX 660 it doesnt run but this time there apear a few artifacts over the black screen and then the PC reboot.
Can it be an issue of power supply or is the GPU broken ?
EDIT
It turned out counterfeit
