cant log onto computer under certain user name

it automatically switches users and says its b/c of due to cycle redundancy and then if you try to go on internet it freezes up. please help

Retire that user name and account.

Create a new account for them, move their files over.

ok, sounds great but how do i do that exactly? does it matter that he is also an administrator? one other thing, it just so happens at the same time when noticed this issue we also noticed problems with the shared doc folder. it says that the disc in drive C needs to be formatted. maybe it is related. thanks for your response. if you could walk me through the process i would appreciate it.
