This happend on my firend's computer yesterday, and we still dont know how to fix it. everytime we get to the logon screen on windows xp, it shows you the 3 different users the computer has- his borther's, his, and the administrator. whenever you try to log on to the user ones, it lags for about a muninte and then says the computer is "low on virtual memory" and goes back to the logon screen. if you try to go on the administrator, the computer frezes and we have to restart. how can we fix this?

Try the first link and follow the XP instructions. Two ways (1) Under "Run" and (2) Other is the F8 key.

Good luck,

Glenn
