Thanks a bunch to everyone who helped me recover th files from my crashed computer...sorry i couldnt get back to you all right away because i was so busy with preparing the recovered files for my work.
Once again thank you so much for everyone and i hope you can help me with one more problem.
I cannot load XP...because i instlled the erndt.exe on my computer...the erndt.exe was created on my friends computer...after the install and restart it wont go into xp. It takes me to the screen where it says, safe mode normal mode, last worked settings etc...none of the option work because no mmatter what i choose, it restarts and comes back to the same screen.
Since i have taken all the important files from my computer i dont mind reintalling everything, however i cannot get my computer to read my xp cd (not original). It just goes to the above screen when i restart and the loop continues.
What are the recommendations?
Re-install windoes or should i format the hard-drive and and re-install the windows?
Re-installing windows AND format & reinstall give the same effect or are they different?
Please tell me a way to get my computer read the windox cd so that i can re install. Is there anyway i can create bootable cd for xp? If so how?
Sorry if i am annoying....but thanks for the help ![]()
