One of the things of beta's is that they are meant to find problems with the products. And because the developer can't find all problems himself he uses the prospective users to do so.

So problems with beta's should be reported to the company who made them. They'll be happy to help you.

It would help if you tell what you do (how do you install Java) and why you can't do it (what happens, any error message). The info you provide now probably isn't enough to help you.
