Select "Subscription" at the left and you should see 3 common issues that Symantec has guide on how to solve:
1. The Days Remaining for my Norton Subscription Service changed
2. I bought a subscription and I am still asked to renew
3. My subscription date is incorrect ....

If the problem is Product Activation, go to that link also (see above link) then select "Product Activation" at the left. Select the common issues that you are seeing to try the solution they provided.
