For subscription issue, please go to http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/jsp/PageRender2.jsp?template=cs
Select "Subscription" at the left and you should see 3 common issues that Symantec has guide on how to solve:
1. The Days Remaining for my Norton Subscription Service changed
2. I bought a subscription and I am still asked to renew
3. My subscription date is incorrect ....
If the problem is Product Activation, go to that link also (see above link) then select "Product Activation" at the left. Select the common issues that you are seeing to try the solution they provided.

I have had nortons since I bought this pc, in 2002 dec.
I just got another upgrade and downloaded it, to my pc, windowns xp
in my IE browser...
I cant get the nortons to recongnize that I have a new subscription,
dont know how to activate it?
I have disabled all the updates temp...
really frustrating, been trying for a few weeks??
