Can't get all of my devices to have an internet connection

A week ago my ISP had some internet problems and after they fixed their problems my internet has been funky, I can't get all of my devices to have an internet connection ( laptop phone pc), they can all connect to the WIFI but not to the internet. If i move the cables from the router from let's say port 2 to port 4 or similar my laptop will have internet but phone wont, it's like a puzzle, I get internet depending on where the cables are connected but I can't make it so they all have a connection. (Example: if I put my ehternet cable in port 4 and my other cable in port 1 my pc and laptop will have an internet connection but not the phone, if I put the ehternet cable in port 2 and the other cable in 3 my phone and pc will have internet but not the laptop) I tried most of the possibilities and i got nothing. My router has a WAN port but whenever I put anything in there I can't get internet on any devices.

My router is a tenda 3g622r+, I reinstalled my network drivers, I changed the channel from 6 to 1, i checked if the settings are fine, i restarted my pc and router and everything many times, i did a system restore. (When I have an internet connection I CAN'T open my router page but when I switch the cables around and I dont have internet I CAN open it.)

Also, I am on windows 10 and when I go to my network connections, It shows "ehternet network 9" and not a local area connection ( I think it used to say local area connection)

So guys, what the hell can i do to fix this.
