But look under "Scale & Layout". Mine was set to 100% and when I changed it to 125% it did change everything.
For me it was to big, so I changed back.
Good luck

I got the new Windows 10 update this morning ..
In Display Settings or Personalize , there was a setting and a little drop down menu to change the font to bold and a larger size . This was for status bar, favorites bar, menu bar and such .
My eye site is bad and this little setting made things so much better ..
Now I can't find it , please someone have a look for me , did they hide it ? or is it gone ?

Thank you for your answer but I'm sorry to say it didn't help , the advance settings is gone , it was removed with the last big update ..
I'm having trouble with -title bar , menu bar , my list of favorites or bookmarks, they are all so small .
I keep thinking somewhere there is a setting , been trying off and on for the last few days with no luck ..
