Can't Find Recent File thorugh "Run" tab

Hello, I got error while I am trying to find Recent files through "Run" command. Can someone tell me any other way to find recent file?

I tested this with the Windows+R key combo and the popdown is empty. Let me run 2 apps and see if it's populated.

OK, that helped. The popup/down is blank but if I type say the letter C the autocomplete shows recent entries.

Looks like a bug. It's not you.

Opening File Explorer Shows "Recent" Here...

RIGHT click on Start button, choose "File Explorer" and I see "Recent" files at the bottom of the screen.
