Question

Cant figure out reCAPTCHA on a website

Feb 26, 2016 4:52AM PST

Hi. Question of course. I have seen reCAPTCHA on a few websites now BUT i never see the actual security captcha. i tried reading forums and other sites to get these working but no one has the answer. One site I use is this http://www.roverradio.com/contact Its a radio show that I listen to everyday at work. I tried chrome/IE/firefox to no avail. Adblock stuff is off and yadda yadda. I am on windows 10.

It says:

Anti-spam*

Type the words or numbers you see in the images above
Check the box
You'll need to setup your Site key in order to use reCAPTCHA.

But i can't see either of these options

I didn't see the image either. But that wasn't a problem at all. I could submit the form anyway.

It's some error on the site. So now you know it you can send a question without using that captcha, you know how to ask them to fix it. They also have an e-mailaddress to send you question too.

a lot of them dont have security questions so just put a checkmark in the box. In addition, sometimes adblockers will block the questions too.
