SUPERSpyware

I hope you mean SUPERAntispyware, and not SUPERSpyware. I can find no trace of SUPERSpyware. If this is something you found and installed it may be a rogue anti-spyware utility.

What is the file or folder that you cannot delete?

Mark, you are correct SUPERAntiSpyware and not SUPERSpyware... Sorry for inconvenience... I cannot delete any kind of file or folders like .exe,.txt,etc., Help me out of here...

Another issue is i cannot create, modify or rename the registry values... I dont know what is happening in my PC...

Note: I have these problems in my office desktop... I dont know the admin password... So please keep this in mind...

Ahh, Office Desktop

If this is a computer supplied to you within an office, or by your employer to work at home, etc, your first step is to put all these problems to the Office IT Expert. It is what they are there for.

We tend to steer away from employment supplied equipment because it is not our business to interfere with their setups.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
