Ignoring the legal issues surrounding the use of file sharing programs, the networks for programs like that are completely inundated with viruses, spyware, and every other type of undesirables you can imagine. Among the top 5 ways to ensure a smooth running system, is to NEVER install or use file sharing programs.

I also highly doubt that you intend to use this program for any of the few legal applications it has. There are plenty of forums on the Internet that have no real qualms about assisting people with illegal activities, this just isn't one of them.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
