Question

Can't connect my phone to the pc

When I connect my Galaxy S Duos 2 (and other smartphones) to the pc it show me a message "USB Device Not Recognized". I tryed to use USBDeview, update my phone, restart the phone and computer, to allow USB debugging, but nothing. What can I do?? Sad Sad

Have you check with your DEVICES mfr.

for driver? Generally that's what is needed for computer to recognize device. If there is none then maybe it's not suppose to work.

2 areas.

1. A great USB cable. At the office we bought a 10 pack and they don't connect worth a dime.
2. The drivers for your model. If Samsung, try the page at Samsung for your model or ... XDA Forums has them too.
