Can't activate a new Office 2016 suite

I buy computer equipment for a small private school, and last spring I bought a dozen laptops equipped with MS Office 2016. Now I am trying to activate them, and they insist on me providing a Microsoft e-mail account (which I have), but when I tell it the account password it tells me that the password is wrong.
The password is not wrong. So what is going on, and how do I proceed with activation?

You can logon with that password into that e-mail account using the webmail in ?
And in ? Then it isn't wrong indeed. Then contact Microsoft.

I can log into the e-mail account normally, using Outlook.

I'm not seeing any cues for how to contact Microsoft. Only prompts for re-setting my password, which I have no desire to do.

Well, my 2016 suite didn't show a choice for telephone activation, and I don't want to beat this to death, so I just used the option to create a new, never-to-be-accessed-or-thought-of-again Microsoft e-mail account. Didn't want to do that, but it worked, and that's all I care about.

Ended up getting professional help. It was complicated; I never would have figured it out on my own, but we're good now.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
