Re: can't access website

The two examples you give are both https-pages. If that's the common factor (I mean: all http-pages work, no https-pages work) something is wrong with the settings used for https (say SLL and TLS).

Things you can try:
- another browser (you forgot to tell which one you use, but you can choose from Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome)
- in IE, reset the settings to default (in Tools>Internet Options>Advanced)
- another user account in Windows

Re: repair

Some form of repair might work. But just as well, a clean install is necessary to get rid of whatever interferes now. With a clean install the machine is brought back to it's initial state (it also erases your own data, so you must have a good backup) and I assume it worked when you bought it.

Then ...

if no other solution works, it's time for a clean install.

- Did you check for malware with MBAM?
- Did you run a full scan with your antivirus program?
- Can you go back to when it still worked with system restore?

It doesn't tell us what is wrong but try the usual. A clean browser. Here's how.

First create a new Admin account so we are ready in case the trojan or such is booby trapped.
Next backup your system for same reasons.

Now we can scan like Grif notes at http://forums.cnet.com/7726-6122_102-5509131.html?tag=posts;msg5509131 If it crashes I like to explore more about this PC. Age, make, model and story about it's upkeep.

Re: MBAM

MBAM isn't antivirus. So I don't exclude at all you have a virus or other malware not found by MBAM.
Try a bootable antivirus disk, for example the one from http://support.kaspersky.com/4162.

haven solve after format

after i format my window, the problem still not solve, anyone can give me a suggestion?

Re: format

You can't format a window, you can't even format Windows, all you can format is a partition on a disk (or USB-stick or diskette). If that happens to be the partition that had Windows installed, you can't do anything with the PC anymore. And if it's another partition, everything stays the same.

So my suggestion is that you tell exactly what you did and what happens now when you try to login into Dropbox in Firefox/Chrome and in Internet Explorer.
