Has anyone ever experienced issues with downloading Video on their computer. In the middle of the capture the camera will continue to play. However, the software (I have tried 3 different ones) stops capturing video (It freezes, stops recording). Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

One suggestion is to download in sections. Do 40% of the download at a time. Put the video back together in an editor for burning to DVD.

I am running Windows XP SP2. Now when I switched back to Windows 2000 SP4. I had no issues. I am using Pinnacle 9.3 Studio. I have tried the basic OS with no SP's. I have tired killing all the processes except for the main system ones. It still hangs. It seems like the firewire card I have is designed for Wondows 2000: I just bought it 2 weeks ago and it says its 100% compatiable with 98/ME/2000/XP
