Canon XF300 - what frame rate to use?

Mar 6, 2011 11:05AM PST

I just purchased a Canon XF300. I'm beginning shooting in a few days and I'm not yet sure what frame rate to use. 60i, 30p or 24p? I don't have time to test so this is why I am wondering if maybe some of you could give me some tips on how to choose the appropriate frame rate. I'll be shooting outdoors. My main subjects will be workers installing interlocking pavers or building a wooden decks, so not much fast moving objects. Also, I'll be filming in HD 1920X1080.

Thanks
