I found a few at https://www.google.com/search?q=CANON+T3i+video but can't guess what you mean by "good to go."
Some get upset at how gruesome video editors are today.

i meant to say is canon eos 600d shoots video as perfectly as nikon 5100 d ?
simple yes or no will be fine
Here is a clip that takes you to a page of sample photos and two short sample videos.
The videos are the last two items on the page.

Worst aliasing and moire of any interchangeable lens still (photo) camera (brand). Clip length limited to 12 minutes. No auto-focus while shooting video.
On the other hand, the D5100's major drawback is that it doesn't have proper manual control (of shutter, aperture, ISO) while shooting video. (There's a way to preset these values and then lock exposure which works ... until you forget and lose a shot, or worse shots.) And it still has moire and aliasing. And clip length is still limited, albeit to 20 minutes instead of 12. And auto-focus while shooting video is noisy.

If your primary intent is video, you are better off buying a camcorder that can shoot stills, or with a camera that has an electronic viewfinder, such as a Sony A55 or Panasonic GH2. Even though video shot with a DSLR seems like a great idea, just because Hollywood is using them does not make it the best tool for the job.
While the A55 does auto-focus, it only does so with the aperture wide open. It also lacks manual control of shutter and ISO. As well as 24p. And there are overheating issues when shooting with image stabilization. And the LCD is hinged at the bottom. And I think, although I could be wrong on this, clip length is limited to 29 minutes in all regions.
Camcorders are great as long as you don't need/want shallow Depth of Field,
