Here are a few reviews of the P100:
Here is a comparison of specifications between the P100 and the Canon SX20:
My Canon Powershot A95 died & I am looking to replace it with something more versatile. Initially I was just looking at the Sx20 but was a little nervous when I read it uses the MOV vs AVI format for the video. I loved the ease of Windows movie maker creating dvd's for family & friends of stills mixed with video & music. I would like to maintain the ease of doing that with a camera that lets me be more creative. Camera salesmen have recommended the Nikon P100, but I have read reviews of zoom lens freezing & since it is so new to the market I fear there maybe more problems. I am more confused than ever! Any suggestions?
