This could be a difficult decision.
Apparently the F10 will be the winner for battery life. Some reviewers say 500 shots per charge.
It will also do better under low light because you can adjust the ISO up to 1600.

Any thoughts about these two cameras or any other suggestions?
I'm looking for an ultracompact camera that does everyday things well.
Things that I'm looking for:
1) Low shutter lag so I don't miss the moment
2) Decent flash for dimly lit indoor pictures
3) Ability to take low light scenic shots at twilight/dusk,etc
4) Decent battery life (always my limiting factor on trips)
5) Staying under $400
