Canon NTSC HG 20 camcorder

Hi,

I looking for buying the canon HG-20 NTSC model.Usually I switch b/w NTSC & PAL countires.
I did not see any exact NTSC to PAL converter s/w downloads on internet.

I have s-video PAL TV.How to watch the NTSC video file on PAL TV with dvd burned video file from NTSC camcorder.
Plz let me know how to watch NTSC videos over PAL TV?
