canon i560 leaves ink marks

When I print a page from my canon it is leaving small black marks on the very end of page sometimes and even some on the side. I tried a new cartridge but the same thing happens. How do you clean the rollers. I see there is some white nylon rollers and small black rubber rollers when you lift the top. How do you turn them to clean and are there any more at the back or underneath. Also there is the long spongy material where the print head rolls against, what about that. Please help me if you can as I need to print out wedding invitations....Ed

The wiper(spongy thingee?) at the "parking station" can get ink crud build-up, glently wipe it down with a clean damp cloth or shop towel. Repeat for any area that seems to be part of the path a well as the ink carriage assy. If you use your printer alot this happens over time and only a manual cleaning will resolve this. Also, its possible paper chads/bits are part of the problems, inspect for such. Don't mess too much with the rollers, if you get good feed, leave them alone.

good luck -----Willy

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
