It was recorded as XP mode, Anyone has any idea why it does this? and how can i fix it? Thank you.

Make sure this isn't an issue with your computer.

How much RAM do you have? Anything under 1GB (1024MB) is not sufficient for smooth playback.

Give some more information...

Graphics card, hard drive space, how you transferred the video, etc.

The problem isn't with the video itself, it's usually something in the computer. Try a different program to view the video.

I have a Canon HG10 and bought it to record my newborn. Once I download it to my computer, what do I need to burn the videos to a cd for family members? When it's off the camera hard drive will it be SD only on the computer and cd's only? Thanks

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
