Not a different button.

When you take a photo with any of the Canon HF series camcorders, the photo is written to the memory. When the digital photo data has completed writing to the memory, the indicator goes out. There is no other button.

Thanks boya. I got a bit confused with the way things were presented, and also because of the error message that comes once we switch the power off. Happy
