Canon GL2 Mini DV

by Paniolo / May 30, 2005 11:19 AM PDT

I;m having a difficult time trying to figure out how to use the "fader" on my GL2. I did select "overlap" for my fader.

At the beginning of each scene, I press on/off D.Effects/bars than select "overlap." Do I press the on button again to get my overlap going?
As an example, I take a shot of my wife looking down at a graveside (Memorial Day). Place my GL2 in pause. Than resume with my Son coming down the hill of that graveside. I thought that second scene, the overlap would kick in.

How do I know if my overlap is on or off by looking at my screen?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
