I'd be curious to know which center you sent your camera to in the event I ever run into problems. Mine would be lens issues but I'm sure same would apply be it lenses or cameras.
I had a most wonderful experience of Canon Service.
I had a problem with my camera.
On sending it back to Canon, I was promptly updated about the receipt of the equipment, investigation notes, estimated return date, despatch date and tracking number.
And I got the camera back within 6 days of mailing it to them!!!
CANON Excellent Service!!!
