a current product - with the box and the discs and warranty card and everything shiny and new and untouched by others than a demo unit that you have no idea what hell it might have been through being on display and no box and no longer manufacturered by Canon so it is not on their website anymore (unless you do a search for it)... so I'd take the Elura 100... but that's just what I would do...
I went to a store this morning, and saw that they had an canon optura s1 for $399, which was just $30 more than the Canon Elura 100. The reason is it was a display model (and no box).
However, I'm not sure which one to get...could anyone suggest? Which one's a better camera.? I noticed that the Elura 100 is rated higher on CNET than the Optura S1, but I have read that the Optura S1 is a higher end model while the Elura is a middle one...so, which one is better?
Thanks!
