What I'd do. . .

Create a restore point.

Delete the Google Earth folder.

Download and install CCleaner and run the registry checker.

Download and install and run RegscrubXP.

Download and install Windows Install Cleanup (from Microsoft) and run it see if Google Earth is still listed and if so remove it.

Reboot.

Create a Restore Point.

Open Regedit and search for google earth and remove all instances (this will take some time).

Reboot.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
