Question

Cannot uninstall programs

Nov 5, 2012 11:03PM PST

While trying to upgrade itunes I get the message "This feature is on a networkresourse that is unavailable. Enter an alternate path to folder containing itunes.msi."

I tried to delete itunes and then reinstall the new version. When I tried to uninstall, it does not work.

Some of the forums say that I may have a corrupted file blocking me.

Any experiences with this issue and its fix?
