Cannot uninstall orf use dell pc fax

it is conflicting somewhere. my 966 printer wont work and microsoft vista will not allow me to uninstall dell pc fax application.

Is dell the worlds worst software writer? or is Vista designed to cause stress or both. Somebody, help me I may need valium now!
