You don't tell if the problem started when you upgraded Norton, or that upgrading Norton (from 2004 to 2005?) just didn't help correcting the problem.
On the face of it:
- Maybe your configuration isn't exactly the same between OE and Incredimail.
- You can't expect support for a free program. Tried the payed version?
- Maybe Norton is set to check outgoing mail and this only works correctly with OE and Outlook, and not with rather obscure programs as free Incredimail. That might be a question for Symantec. Can you try it with Norton disabled or uninstalled?

My Outlook Express works fine, I use the same config. for incoming and outgoing that Outlook Express uses. I can receive mail but not send in Incredimail. I have upgraded Norton 2005 Anti-virus and Internet security. I am using the free Incredimail and cannot get any answers from them. I use Windows XP and I'm stumped. any sugestions. Help
