General discussion

cannot see the video in one single shot

Sep 13, 2006 5:24PM PDT

I have a problem since a long time.Having Windows XP,whenever I go the national geographic video website and try to see the beautiful videos there, it gets stuck in between ( http://cgi.nationalgeographic.com/channel/video/cgi-bin/NGPortal.pl?bitrate=400k)
It seems it is optimised for broadband.Even I have broadband but of 56 kbps speed. That could possible be a reason of the slow performance of the video on my pc.I tried replaying the same video but again the same thing happened.I am very weak in computer technically and cannot fix it myself for sure.Tried contacting them but of no use.I have real player(or windows media player) installed in my pc , so if I play the video in that, I am sure it would be better. Please let me know how do I fix the problem.Thankyou again for your help.
