I have windows xp, updated with SP1 & 2. I have Microsoft Office, Norton Antivirus, anti spamware etc. When I am on a webpage I cannot see all the graphics (e.g. boxes to click on) and other information. Parts of the page are completely white where the boxes actually are. I find it by moving my cursor around the page until it changes to the fist. Sometimes when I do that it will show what is in the box but not always so I cannot tell what is there. In excel, if I shade a line or box with color it doesn't show on my screen but if I go to print preview I can see that it is there. How can I fix this?
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
