cannot SCAN!! HELP!!!

by newbiie / June 21, 2005 5:57 PM PDT

i have windows xp SP2, HP PSC 2355 all-in-one...
whenever i want to load the software's program to start scanning, i get this error message:

application has generated an exception the could not be handled

process id: 0x79c (1948), Thread id= 0xb8 (184)

Click ok to terminate the application
click cancel to debug the aplication.

clicking OK didn't help, so i tried CANCEL to DEBUG
And this is the error message i got:

Registers JIT Debugger not available. An attempt to launch a JIT Debugger with the following command result in an error code of 0x2(2). Please check the computer settings.
cordbg.exe !a0x79c
Click on Retry to have the process wait while launching a debugger manually.
Click on CANCEL to abort the JIT request

clicking on RETRY resulted in nothing happening (i do not even KNOW JIT debugger even EXISTED)
clicking on CANCEl just...cancelled.

help.. i need to scan a couple of drawings to edit in Photoshop..!!

Happy please ...

What is that application you used to scan ? Did it ever worked before ? Try unintalling and reinstalling that applicaion.

Have you tried scanning from within Photoshop ?

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
