cannot restart the computer

my problem is very simple to understand but i dont think there is an easy solution for this
here it goes if restart my computer by start->restart
then i would the message windows did not start successfully a recent hardware or software changes.....bla bla bla
so i have to do a hard boot to work with my computer
there is absolutely no other problem with my computer
except for that i have do a hard boot or i have to shut down and then restart manually
i checked for conflicts in devicemanager and did a checkdisk

any possible solutions
