Using Windows XP Home edition, when you try to select files and choose "Send to CD", it works fine. The problem is that when you try to write those files to the CD, an error displays saying that a specific file could not be found so the files cannot be written to the CD. I cannot find this file anywhere on this PC and I cannot right-click the files waiting to be burned to delete them. This is preventing me from burning any files to the CD since I keep getting the error that the file is missing. Does anyone know how I can get past this error? Is it possible to go into the CD burning directory and delete the files waiting to be burned from there?
I should clarify that this functionality works normally on my other machines, but I believe another user was using this specific machine and perhaps deleted one of the source files to be burned after specifying that they should be sent to CD. So, this is a problem just on one machine, NOT with the Send to CD functionality in general.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
