I am running windows 7. I had Monzilla Firefox 3.5 and had it sync

If it doesn't help, can you explain what you mean with "synching Firefox with Windows Live Mail." WLM is a program (that you downloaded from http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail probably), Firefox is a program, but what is 'synching' 2 programs?

Hi... thanks for responding.
No reinstalling firefox did not help. I also tried reinstalling windows live from the link you sent me as well, but still problems.
To explain futher, I have Windows Live Mail, I installed Monzilla Firefox. Then I added my Windows Live to Monzilla but found I wasn't receiving my "replied to" mail. So I uninstalled Firefox and Monzilla with an uninstaller called Revo. Now I can't receive mail at all. Not sure if Monzilla is the problem I'm just guessing. I hope this helps you help me....
All I can suggest:
- install the Windows Live Mail program from that link
- configure your mail-account correctly
and it should work.
If it doesn't try downloading Thunderbird (that's Mozilla's mail program) and:
- install it
- configure your mail-account correctly
and it should work also.
Don't use multiple mail programs. That would cause your mail being received in 2 places, which is confusing. Get one working and use that.

Hello and Thanks...
I re-downloaded windows live mail from the link and I do now get some of my mail. Seems I'm not getting mail that someone is replying to. Strange. Anyhow, I do appreciate your help... and ps, this is why I was uninstalling Monzilla and firefox as I thought 2 email programs was probably confusing
