Question

Cannot ping virtual machine and status show no communication

Hi,
I joined new job and tried ping VM but cannot when I see settings under networking it doesnot display IP address and status as "No Communication".
I cannot connect to VM on Hyper V manager.
I need help

That's a question for the IT staff of your new job. The should be able to tell you how the things they manage work.

Hi,
I am the only IT staff because person who configure these servers have left job and I am joined as an ERP developer so that is why seek help from internet.

If this wasn't in your job description, you take the problem to your employer. You need training from other than internet forums. If this duty was in your job description or you didn't understand that it was, you still take the issue to your employer and let them know that you need outside help.
