Cannot open my Apps and open my PC settings

I am getting a blank screen that comes on and goes of so fast, never opens the apps. Also when i try to open my pc settings it does nothing. I have gotten an error messges that my WLMERGER.exe file is corrupt, please help this is driving me crazy. I have windows 9.1

Windows 9.1 was on on the Pirate sites.

I don't think anyone can answer or support it yet but I'm sure Microsoft would like to know what you think about this version.
