I can help you. However, did you buy 'Microsoft Office' or were you gifted with the software?
I am running Windows Vista on an HP. And I cannot open my Microsoft Outlook 2007. I was wondering if anybody can help.

Any error messages? What do you see when you try to open Outlook?
Do you have your Microsoft Office CD handy?

When I restart my computer I am able to open Outlook; however, when I close it I am unable to open Outlook and need to restart my computer. When Outlook opens(after I restart my computer) I receive an error similar to 'Outlook shut down incorrectly and will start in safe mood'
I am wondering if I have some add on that is stopping it from opening.
After I restart my computer and can no longer open Outlook and attempt to open Outlook my computer seems to just think and when I open a task manager there is no running applications.
Please help and thank you.
My apologies.
Have a look at the steps and guidance in Microsoft's article here;

Step through those, and see if any of them help.
Good luck.

If not, then download and install the latest Service Pack 2 for Office 2007.. Below is a link to the full SP2 download.. Download the file to your desktop, then run it. It may fix any glitches you currently have.

Hope this helps.
