Cannot open JPEG Images.

by Sanguine_about_denouement / March 1, 2010 10:02 PM PST

I am having Vintron PC.

Windows XP is installed on it.

I don't know why but on clicking .jpeg images nothing is happening.

Even opening it via other means like Paint,Image and Fax Viewer is also not working.

Please let me know what could be the problem.

Sanguine_about_denouement, Go to the link below and download "JPE/JPG/JPEG Association Fix" which is a zipped reg file. Download the ZIP and open it. Extract the REG file to your hard disk and double click it. Answer yes to the import prompt.

What exactly happens if you run, say, Paint, do File>Open and browse to that .jpg file?

Please let us know the problem.
