CANNOT LOG ON TO WINDOWS- EXPLORER ERROR

BASICALLY MY COMPUTER BOOTS TO THE POINT OF AN EXPLORER ERROR SHPWING UP.THE ONLY INFO IS WHAT SHOWS UP ONTHE SCREEN . SO HERE IT IS.

p.s. the reason i put every bit of info is because im not very tech savvy;which is the same reason if any body sends any help it would help so much if it was in very step by step method,thanks

windows explorer error

before getting the error,what were you doing or did this error occur after doing Update from microsoft website?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
