Question

cannot install the new version of AVG Free

by lakong / October 11, 2011 1:08 PM PDT

I have been using AVG FREE for over a year with no issues. Yesterday I was asked by the program to upgrade to the new version which I did. The program goes through the installation process asks to reboot program and then start finishing up but cannot complete. It bombs. Here is a link to the error log program it creates. Any ideas?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
